摘　　要：在目前的社会环境下,老百姓对医疗、卫生服务的要求明显提高,所以为了提供满足老百姓日常需求的医疗、卫生服务,积极地进行医疗卫生改革,构建能够更好地提供服务的体系或机制有突出的现实意义。对过去的卫生服务提供进行分析可知,因为存在管理分散等显著问题,卫生服务资源的浪费比较显著,且这种资源浪费情况多为地区资源配置不均而引起的。为了改善医疗服务现状,同时也为了提高社区卫生服务水平,加强管理一体化有突出的现实意义。本文立足于目前的社会实践对社区卫生服务管理的一体化实现进行分析与讨论,旨在为当前工作实践提供参考。In the current social environment,people's demand for medical and health services has increased significantly,so in order to provide medical and health services that meet people's daily needs,it is of outstanding practical significance to actively carry out medical and health reforms and build a system or mechanism that can better provide services.An analysis of the past health service provision shows that there are significant problems such as fragmented management,and the waste of health service resources is significant,and this waste of resources is mostly caused by the uneven allocation of resources in the region.In order to improve the current situation of health care services and also to improve the level of community health services,it is of outstanding relevance to strengthen management integration.The article analyzes and discusses the integration of community health service management based on the current social practice,aiming to provide reference for the current working practice.
