摘　　要：目的探析在血液透析室管理中选用护理安全管理措施的意义。方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月赤峰市医院实施常规管理的18名护理人员作为对照组;选取2021年7月—2022年6月本院实施护理安全管理的24名护理人员作为观察组。比较两组护理人员的护理管理质量及不良事件发生率。结果观察组护理管理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理期间的不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行血液透析室管理的过程中,开展护理安全管理工作更利于提高护理质量,并有效降低护理管理期间不良事件的发生率,应在临床实践中积极推广。Objective To explore the significance of selecting nursing safety management measures in the management of hemodialysis room.Methods 18 nursing staff implementing routine management in Chifeng Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as control group;24 nursing staff implementing nursing safety management in the hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as observation group.The quality of nursing management and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups of nursing staff.Results The nursing management quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during nursing management in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of hemodialysis room management,the development of nursing safety management is more conducive to improving nursing quality and effectively reducing the incidence of adverse events during nursing management,which should be actively promoted in clinical practice.
