摘　　要：本研究对国内医疗机构质量管理现状进行了分析,发现现阶段我国医疗机构质量管理方面存在的问题和缺陷,探讨Malcolm Baldrige评价标准和ISO9000标准的互补性,并建立质量管理体系评估、诊断和改进系统性集成模板,将该模板运用到医疗机构质量管理体系的问题诊断及持续改进中,优化医疗机构的质量管理体系,为医院不断提升医疗服务能力和技术水平奠定质量基础。This study analyzes the current status of quality management in domestic medical institutions,identifies the problems and defects in quality management of medical institutions in China at the present stage,explores the complementarity of Malcolm Baldrige evaluation criteria and ISO9000 standards,and establishes a systematic and integrated template for quality management system assessment,diagnosis and improvement.The template will be applied to the problem diagnosis and continuous improvement of quality management system in medical institutions,to optimize the quality management system of medical institutions,and lay the quality foundation for hospitals to continuously improve their medical service capability and technology.
