摘  要:目的观察研究神经外科临床实习带教中PBL结合TBL教学法的运用效果。方法将2020年1月—2022年6月期间来益阳市人民医院神经外科进行临床实习工作的同一所医学院校的30名临床医学专业学生纳入本次研究中。按照随机数表法划分15名学生为常规教学组,其余学生划分为联合教学组,每组各含两名带教老师。统计两组学生出科时的考核成绩(理论知识、操作能力、病历书写)、对于各自带教工作的满意率,以及两组带教老师对学生实习期间的学习积极性、工作水平、独自解决问题能力的评分。结果与常规教学组的学生相比,联合教学组学生出科时的理论考核成绩、操作能力、病历书写能力均更高,且对于带教工作的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合教学组带教老师对于该组学生的评价明显优于常规教学组教师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统的临床带教方法,采取PBL结合TBL教学法对前来神经外科实习的医学生进行教学能够有效提高其出科成绩,带教老师对于学生的评价更高,学生的综合素质得到显著提高。Objective To observe and study the effect of using PBL combined with TBL teaching method in clinical internship teaching of neurosurgery.Methods Thirty students majoring in clinical medicine from the same medical college who came to the Neurosurgery Department of Yiyang People's Hospital for clinical practice from January 2020 to June 2022 were included in this study.According to the random number table method,15 students were divided into the regular teaching group,and the other students were divided into the joint teaching group,with two teachers in each group.The assessment scores(theoretical knowledge,operative skills,medical record writing)of the students in both groups at the time of discharge,the satisfaction rate of their respective teaching,and the scores of the teachers in both groups on the students'motivation,work level,and ability to solve problems alone during the internship were calculated.Results Compared with students in the conventional teaching group,students in the combined teaching group had higher theoretical assessment scores,operational skills,and case writing skills at the time of discharge,and students in this group were more satisfied with their teaching work,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the evaluation of the students in the combined teaching group was significantly better than that of the teachers in the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional clinical teaching method,the PBL combined with TBL teaching method for neurosurgery students can effectively improve their lores at the end of the course,the evaluation of the students by the teaching teachers was higher,and the overall quality of the students was significantly improved.The overall quality of the students was significantly improved.
