摘 要:绿色建筑是推进我国建筑领域实现碳中和的重要发展方向,为进一步完善我国绿色建筑评价方法,以适应绿色建筑的快速发展,结合我国新版GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》和国内外学者提出的绿色建筑评价模型,本文从安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居五个维度构建绿色建筑绿色度评价指标体系,运用改进层次分析法确定各指标权重,根据模糊综合评价建立了绿色建筑绿色度评价模型,并通过实例研究验证了该方法的可行性和实用性,并针对评价结果提出相应对策,以期为我国绿色建筑发展提出切实有效的建议。Green building is an important development direction to promote the realization of carbon neutrality in my country's construction field.In order to further improve my country's green building evaluation methods to adapt to the rapid development of green buildings,combined with my country's new GB/T 50378-2019"Green Building Evaluation Standards"and the green building evaluation model proposed by local and overseas scholars builds a green building evaluation index sys⁃tem from five dimensions:safety and durability,health and comfort,life convenience,resource conservation,and environmental livability.Determining the weight of each index by using the improved analytic hierarchy process and establishes a green build⁃ing greenness evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation verifying the feasibility and practicability of the meth⁃od through case studies,and put forward countermeasures according to the evaluation results,in order to put forward practical and effective suggestions for the development of green buildings in my country.
