摘 要:本试验旨在研究羔羊运输前后不同处理对湖羊羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响,为缓解动物运输应激、改善肉品质及提高动物福利奠定理论基础。选用平均体重相近、健康的4月龄湖羊公羔60只,随机均分为3组,每组20只。所有试验羊进行8 h长途运输,运输当天记为第0天,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,电解多维组于第-2~7天在基础饲粮中添加0.375 g/(d·只)电解多维,新霉素组于第0~7天在基础饲粮中添加200 mg/(d·只)新霉素进行治疗。在第0、7、14天每组随机挑选5只羊采血并屠宰。结果表明:1)电解多维组平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与新霉素组无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组第0~7天的ADG、ADFI均显著低于第8~14天与第0~14天(P<0.05)。2)随着饲养时间的延长,与对照组相比,电解多维组胴体重逐渐升高(P<0.05),其他组间无显著变化(P>0.05)。3)饲养时间显著或极显著影响了羔羊血清皮质醇(COR)(P<0.01)、葡萄糖(Glu)(P<0.01)、乳酸(LA)(P<0.01)及非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)含量(P<0.05);随着饲养时间的延长,对照组第14天血清Glu含量显著高于第0、7天(P<0.05),第14天血清LA含量显著低于第0、7天(P<0.05);电解多维组第14天血清COR含量显著低于第0、7天(P<0.05),第0天血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著低于第7、14天(P<0.05)。4)饲养时间极显著影响了肌肉pH24 h、红度(a*)45 min、黄度(b*)45 min、a*24 h、b*24 h值及系水力(P<0.01),随着饲养时间延长,对照组第0天肌肉a*45 min及a*24 h值显著高于第7、14天(P<0.05),第7天肌肉b*45 min值显著高于第0、14天(P<0.05),第0天肌肉滴水损失显著低于第7、14天(P<0.05);电解多维组第0天肌肉亮度(L*)45 min、a*45 min及a*24 h值显著高于第7、14天(P<0.05),第0天肌肉蒸煮损失显著低于第7、14天(P<0.05);新霉素组第0天肌肉b*45 min、b*24 h值及滴水损失显著低于第7、14天(P<0.05)。此�The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different treatments on growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indexes and meat quality of Hu sheep lambs before and after transportation,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for alleviating animal transportation stress,improving meat quality and animal welfare.Sixty 4-month-old Hu sheep lambs with similar average weight were randomly divided into three groups,with 20 lambs in each group.All the experimental sheep were transported for 8 h,and the day of transportation was recorded as day 0.The control group was fed a basic diet,the multidimensional electrolysis group added with 0.375 g/(d·lamb)multidimensional electrolysis in the basic diet from days-2 to 7,and the neomycin group was treated with neomycin for 200 mg/(d·lamb)from days 0 to 7 after transportation.Five sheep in each group were randomly selected for blood collection and slaughter on the days 0,7,and 14.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)in multidimensional electrolysis group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),without difference from that in neomycin group(P>0.05).ADG and ADFI on days 0 to 7 in each group were significantly lower than those on days 8 to 14 and days 0 to 14(P<0.05).2)With the prolonging of feeding time after transportation,the carcass weight gradually increased in multidimensional electrolysis group(P>0.05),but there was no significant change in other groups(P>0.05).3)Time extremely significantly affected serum cortisol(COR),glucose(Glu)and lactic acid(LA)contents(P<0.01),and significantly affected serum non-esterified fatty acid(NEFA)content(P<0.05).With the prolonging of feeding time after transportation,serum Glu content in the control group was significantly higher on day 14 than that on days 0 and 7(P<0.05),and the LA content on day 14 was significantly lower than that on days 0 and 7(P<0.05).In multidimensional electrolysis group,the serum COR content on day 14
