摘　　要：在国家相关政策指引下,互联网医院近年来得到了高速发展。特别是新冠病毒感染疫情期间,互联网医疗服务发挥了重要作用。互联网医院是有效实施分级诊疗制度的重要推动力。笔者综述了国内外互联网医院和分级诊疗的研究与应用现状,介绍了上海市分级诊疗和互联网医院发展情况,分析了互联网医院推动上海市分级诊疗实施的成功经验,指出了互联网医院在提升上海分级诊疗效果中存在的问题,并提出了相应策略。Under the guidance of relevant national policies, Internet hospitals have developed rapidly in recent years, especially during the COVID-19, Internet medical services have played an important role. Internet hospitals are an essential driving force for the effective implementation of the hierarchical medical system and treatment system. This article summarizes the research and application status of Internet hospitals and hierarchical medical systems and treatment at home and abroad, introduces the development of hierarchical medical system and treatment and Internet hospitals in Shanghai, analyzes the successful experience of Internet hospitals in promoting the implementation of hierarchical medical system and treatment in Shanghai, points out the problems existing in Internet hospitals in improving the effect of hierarchical medical system and treatment in Shanghai, and puts forward corresponding strategies.
