摘　　要：目的:探索2002-2021年公立医院对口支援领域相关研究热点,为开展学术研究和管理实践提供借鉴。方法:在中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台及中国生物医学文献数据库中检索2002年1月~2021年12月发表的公立医院对口支援相关文献,统计论文发表年份、第一作者、第一作者所在机构、高被引文献的分布情况。结果:按规则进行数据清洗合并后,纳入研究文献868篇。对高频主题词共现矩阵进行聚类分析,揭示研究热点及其演变趋势。结论:公立医院对口支援研究热点主要集中在5个方面,即对口支援落实载体、对口支援人才策略、对口支援相关政策研究、对口支援现状分析和对口支援案例思考。研究主题演变与政策及基层发展需求高度相关。Objective: To explore the research hotspots in the field of pairing assistance by public hospitals from 2002 to 2021, and to provide a reference for academic research and management practice. Methods: The literature related to public hospital counterpart support published from January 2002 to December 2021 was searched in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang data knowledge service platform, and China biomedical literature database, and the distribution of papers by year of publication, first author, first author’s institution, and highly cited literature was counted. Results: After data cleaning and merging by rules, 868 research papers were included. Cluster analysis was performed on the co-occurrence matrix of high-frequency subject terms to reveal research hotspots and their evolutionary trends. Conclusion: Public hospital counterpart support research hotspots are mainly focused on five areas, namely counterpart support implementation carrier,counterpart support talent strategy, counterpart support related policy research, counterpart support current situation analysis, and counterpart support case reflection. The evolution of research themes is highly relevant to policy and grassroots development needs.
