摘  要:明确功能定位,以患者就医需求为导向配置医疗资源是推进公立医院优质高效发展的基本前提。首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院根据多院区运行情况,统筹医院资源布局,明确各院区所在区域患者人群主要健康问题,按照患者就医需求配置医疗资源,动态调整门诊结构,逐步达到最适配置,推进多院区门诊同质化管理,实现门诊质量管理高质量发展。The basic premise of promoting high-quality and efficient development of public hospitals is to define the functional positioning and allocate medical resources according to patients’ medical needs. Based on the operation of multi-hospitals, Beijing Tongren Hospital of Capital Medical University coordinates the layout of hospital resources, clarifies the main health problems of the patient population in the area where each hospital is located, allocates medical resources according to the patient’s medical needs, dynamically adjusts the structure of outpatient clinics, gradually achieves the most appropriate configuration, promotes homogeneous management of outpatient clinics in multiple hospitals, and realizes high-quality development of outpatient quality management.
