摘 要:高质量发展背景下,要求医院从规模扩张转向提质增效,粗放管理转向精细化管理,对保安管理及服务同样提出了更高要求。本文分析总结案例医院保安队伍存在的不足,通过实践探索保安管理组织标准化、保安人员管理制度化、保安岗位工作科学化、突发应急处置流程化、关心关爱保安人性化来加强保安队伍建设,推进保安精细化管理,提高保安队伍素质,提升服务水平,满足医院高质量发展需求。Under the background of high-quality development, hospitals are required to shift from scale expansion to quality and efficiency improvement, and from extensive management to refined management. Therefore, hospitals put forward higher requirements for security management and services. This paper analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings of the security team in the case of the hospital, and through practice, explores the standardization of security organization management, institutionalization of security personnel management,conscientization of security post work, the process of emergency response, and humanization of caring for security to strengthen the construction of the security team, promote the refined management of security, improve the quality of the security team, improve the service level, and meet the needs of high-quality development of the hospital.
