大孔树脂吸附银杏叶萜类内酯的使用寿命及强化再生的研究

摘  要:研究D101型大孔树脂吸附银杏叶萜类内酯的使用寿命和强化再生工艺。以银杏叶萜类内酯的比吸附量作为指标,考查D101型大孔树脂在连续处理洗脱次数和使用不同再生工艺处理后的情况变化趋势。结果表明,D101型大孔树脂在生产54次后,树脂洗脱比吸附量降低25%,将其进行强化再生工艺处理后,树脂吸附洗脱能力回到初始状态。D101型大孔树脂吸附银杏叶萜类内酯达到生产54批次以上时,需要使用强化再生工艺处理使树脂性能恢复,再进行下批次生产。To study the service life and enhanced regeneration process of D101 macroporous resin adsorbing Ginkgo biloba terpenoid lactones.Taking the specific adsorption capacity of Ginkgo biloba terpenoid lactones as a reference index,the changing trend of D101 macroporous resin after continuous treatment and elution times and different regeneration processes was investigated.The results showed that after 54 times of production of D101 macroporous resin,the resin elution ratio was reduced by 25%,and the resin adsorption and elution capacity returns to the initial state after it is treated by the enhanced regeneration process.When the D101 macroporous resin adsorbs Ginkgo biloba terpenoid lactones to produce more than 54 batches,it was necessary to use an enhanced regeneration process to restore the performance of the resin,and then proceed to the next batch of production.
