摘　　要：中国是重要的蔬菜产地,也是蔬菜加工产业大国,拥有庞大的蔬菜制品消费市场。近年来,中国居民的生活消费水平不断提高,消费者更加注重产品的安全、营养与健康,对蔬菜加工制品提出更高的质量要求。为了解现阶段国内蔬菜制品市场的现状,更好地把握市场发展状况,对国内30家蔬菜加工企业的地区分布、注册资金、产品种类与数量等信息进行了调研,并对当前国内蔬菜加工行业存在的问题进行简单的阐述,针对存在的问题提出建议。China is an important vegetable producing area and a big country in vegetable processing industry,with a huge market for vegetable products.In recent years,the living standard of Chinese residents has been improving,and consumers pay more attention to the safety,nutrition and health of products,and put forward higher quality requirements for processed vegetable products.In order to understand the current situation of the domestic vegetable product market and better grasp the market development situation,this paper investigated the regional distribution,registered capital,product type and quantity of 30 domestic vegetable processing enterprises.At the same time,it briefly expounds the existing problems in the domestic vegetable processing industry,and put forward suggestions.
