摘　　要：新媒体时代高校网络舆情管理不仅可以构建和谐校园,而且可以推动社会的进步及社会和谐发展。在分析新媒体时代网络舆情研究与发展趋势的基础上,阐述了高校网络舆情的特征,结合高校具体的工作实践经验,探索新媒体时代高校网络舆情的应对措施和解决途径,进而有效提升高等院校网络舆情的应急处理水平。In the new media era,the management of college network public opinion can not only build a harmonious campus,but also promote the social progress and the harmonious development of social environment.Based on the analysis of the research and development trend of the network public opinion in the new media era,this paper expounds the characteristics of the network public opinion in colleges and universities,and combined with the practical experience of the specific work in colleges and universities,this paper explores the countermeasures and solutions of college network public opinion in the new media era,so as to effectively improve the level of emergency handling of college network public opinion.
