数字经济背景下的企业组织结构创新模式研究

摘　　要：数字经济已然来临,这是继自然经济、土地经济、资本经济之后的一个全新经济时代。在这个时代里,数据由单纯的信息表现形式转变成一种新的生产要素,新一代信息技术被广泛应用于企业各个方面,使得传统组织结构理论面临挑战。基于以上背景,本文在传统组织结构理论基础上,研究了企业组织结构的演化机理,分析了数据作为核心生产要素对企业组织的影响,总结了企业组织结构未来的变革方向,结合数字经济时代的特点提出了新的“数据池”型企业组织结构,并分析了数据要素驱动“数据池”型企业组织结构形成的特征及优点。Digital economy,which is a new economic area following natural economy,land economy and capital economy,has already arrived.In this area,data has changed from a simple form of information to a new production factor,and the new generation of information technology is widely used in all aspects of enterprises,which makes the traditional organizational structure theory face challenges.Based on the above background,on the basis of traditional organizational structure theory,this paper studies the evolutionary mechanism of enterprise organizational structure,analyzes the influence of data as the core factor of production on enterprise organizational structure,summarizes the future direction of enterprise organizational structure reform,and puts forward a new"data pool"organizational structure model combined with the characteristics of the digital economy area.It also analyzes the characteristics and advantages of"data pool"enterprise organizational structure driven by data factor.
