摘 要:贵州省位于云贵高原东部,地形地貌、气象水文均复杂多变,自然灾害频发,尤以水旱灾害最为严重。2022年贵州省发生了继2013年特大干旱以来最严重的干旱灾害,对人畜饮水、农业生产和社会经济造成了严重影响。分析了贵州省2022年干旱灾害演变过程及其发展趋势,总结干旱灾害的主要成因、特点和抗旱减灾工作的经验与启示,探讨抗旱减灾工作中的薄弱环节和制约抗旱减灾能力提升的关键因素,并有针对性地提出干旱灾害防治措施建议。Guizhou Province is located in the eastern part of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with complex and changeable topography, meteorology and hydrology, and frequent natural disasters, especially flood and drought disasters. In 2022,Guizhou Province experienced the worst drought disaster since the severe drought of 2013, which had a serious impact on drinking water for people and livestock, agricultural production and social economy. This article analyzes the evolution process and development trend of drought disasters, summarizes the main causes and characteristics of drought disasters in2022, experiences and enlightenments, discusses the weak links in drought resistance and disaster reduction and the key factors restricting the improvement of drought resistance and disaster reduction capabilities, and puts forward suggestions for drought disaster prevention.
