宣肺醒脑通督推拿手法配合耳穴贴压治疗小儿遗尿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察宣肺醒脑通督推拿手法配合耳穴贴压治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效。方法:将80例遗尿患儿按照随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予醋酸去氨加压素片治疗,治疗组给予宣肺醒脑通督推拿手法配合耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后中医证候积分、夜间遗尿次数以及膀胱功能指标变化情况,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组有效率为82.50%,对照组有效率为70.00%,两组患儿有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后夜间遗尿次数少于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后膀胱残余尿量少于本组治疗前,功能性膀胱容量及尿流率均高于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后6个月复发率分别为10.00%和5.00%,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后12个月治疗组的复发率为7.50%,对照组复发率为25.00%,两组患儿复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为15.00%,治疗组不良反应发生率为0.00%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺醒脑通督推拿手法配合耳穴贴压治疗小儿遗尿,可改善患儿遗尿症状及膀胱功能指标,且复发率较低。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of massage for ventilating lung and activating brain for resuscitation and dredging GV combined with auricular point sticking therapy on infantile enuresis.Methods: A total of 80 children with enuresis were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Desmopressin Acetate Tablets, while the treatment group was treated with massage for ventilating lung and activating brain for resuscitation and dredging GV combined with auricular point sticking therapy.Then the changes of TCM syndrome score, nocturnal enuresis frequency and bladder function index before and after treatment between the two groups, the clinical efficacy, recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results: The effective rate was 82.50% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that of the same group before treatment, and the observation group′s was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of nocturnal enuresis after treatment in the two groups was less than that before treatment in the treatment group, and the number in the observation group was less than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the residual urine volume of the bladder in the two groups was less than that before treatment, and the functional bladder volume and urine flow rate were higher than those before treatment, and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of children in the control group and the treatment group were 10.00% and 5.00% respectively after 6 months of treatment, with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment gr
