基于文献计量学方法分析我国对失智老人服务的研究现状

摘　　要：目的通过分析中国知网(CNKI)数据库有关失智老人服务研究的相关文献,探讨对失智老人研究的发展现状和养老服务、护理服务、照护服务等研究热点。方法选择CNKI数据库为检索对象,以“主题词”=(失智老人或含认知障碍)并且(照护或含照顾或含养老或含服务)为检索式进行期刊文献检索,时间范围限定在1999年1月1日-2021年12月31日,统计发文时间、发表期刊、发表机构、被引频次、第一作者单位、高频主题词等条目,依据文献条目做统计分析,生成高频主题词词篇矩阵,并绘制聚类谱系图。结果最终获163篇文献,2010年出现了第1篇有关于失智老人照护的研究,2010~2013年发文较少,2015年开始,国内相关主题的发文数量出现了较大幅度的增长,其中2020年发文量最多,达38篇,2019年发文30篇,其中2018年文献的被引频次达265次,是文章被引频次最多的年份。发文最多的期刊为《社会福利》(6篇),其次为《护理研究》《建筑知识》《中国社会工作》(各5篇),《卫生经济研究》(4篇),《护士进修杂志》《解放军护理杂志》《阿尔茨海默病及相关病杂志》(各3篇)。有关失智老人各项服务的研究方向涵盖了临床医学、护理学、建筑学、社会学、管理学、公共卫生等诸多领域,其中以护理照护和建筑方向为主,有关于失智老人服务的相关研究集中于上海、北京、江苏、广东、浙江5个省市。结论有关于失智老人服务的研究文献呈上升趋势,地区分布广泛,研究热点主要是护理照护、养老、失智老人设施等领域,但关于失智老人服务的相关文献仍然较少,引用频次也低,应引起社会对失智老人的更大关注。Objective To analyze the research on demented elderly people and to explore the status and elderly care services,nursing service and nursing care of the elderly by analyzing relevant literatures published on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.Methods The CNKI database was used.Periodical documents were searched with"theme"=(demented elderly or with cognitive impairment)and(caregiving or nursing or elderly care or service).The time range was limited from January 1,1999 to December 31,2021.Statistics included the time of publication,publication journal,publication institution,cited frequency,high-frequency subject terms,the first author unit,and based on the literature entries,a high-frequency topic term matrix and a cluster pedigree were generated.Results 163 articles were finally obtained.The first study on the care of the demented elderly appeared in 2010.There were fewer publications from 2010 to 2013.Since 2015,the number of publications on related topics in China has increased.The number of papers published in 2020 was the largest,reaching 38 papers,and there were 30 papers published in 2019.Among them,the citations of the literature in 2018 reached 265 times.The most-issued journals are Social Welfare(6 articles),followed by Nursing Research,Architectural Knowledge,China Social Work(5 articles each),Health Economics Research(4 articles),and Journal of Nurses Training,Chinese Journal of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders,Nursing Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army(3 articles each).The research for the demented elderly included clinical medicine,nursing,architecture,sociology,management,public health and many other fields.The research was concentrated in 5 provinces and cities:Shanghai,Beijing,Jiangsu,Guangdong and Zhejiang.Conclusion The research literature on services for the demented elderly is on the rise and it is widely distributed in the region.The research hotspots are mainly nursing care,elderly care,facilities for the demented elderly,etc.,but the relevant literature
