国内外预期性悲伤测评量表的研究进展

摘　　要：综合分析用于测评预期性悲伤的自我报告量表的心理测量特性和研究对象。指出预期性悲伤相关研究逐渐受到国内外学者的广泛关注和应用。阿尔茨海默病、帕金森综合征、癌症、终末期疾病患者及这些患者的照顾者是预期性悲伤的主要研究对象。应进一步应用汉化量表或者开发出符合中国文化背景的预期性悲伤量表。The psychometric characteristics and subjects of the self-report scale used to measure anticipatory grief were comprehensively analyzed.It is pointed out that anticipatory grief research has gradually been widely concerned and applied by scholars.Patients with alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,cancer,and end-stage diseases and their caregivers are the main subjects of anticipatory grief.The Chinese scale should be further applied or the anticipatory grief scale should be developed in accordance with the Chinese cultural background.
