寿胎丸加味配合穴位贴敷治疗早期先兆流产并宫腔血肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察寿胎丸加味配合穴位贴敷治疗早期先兆流产并宫腔血肿的临床疗效。方法将本院2020年1月-2021年12月收治的早期先兆流产并宫腔血肿患者80例,以随机数字表法分组,每组各40例。其中1组以常规黄体酮针+寿胎丸治疗为对照组,另1组以常规黄体酮针+寿胎丸配合穴位贴敷治疗为研究组。统计治疗前、后的B超下宫腔血肿指标、孕11~13^(+6)周胎儿NT结果、血清孕酮跟人绒毛膜促性腺激素(Hcg)数据指标,比较临床症状消失时间,评价治疗结果。结果治疗后,两组B超下宫腔血肿指标、孕11~13^(+6)周胎儿NT结果较治疗前改善,其中研究组改善程度更明显,而Hcg数据较治疗前有所提升,其中研究组提升程度更明显,(P<0.05)。经治疗,研究组症状消失时间更短(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论在早期先兆流产并宫腔血肿患者的治疗上,以寿胎丸加味配合穴位贴敷治疗,可以明显改善B超下宫腔血肿指标、孕11~13^(+6)周胎儿NT结果,提升Hcg水平,缩短临床症状消失的时间,提高治疗有效率,效果理想。Objective To observe the clinical study and analysis of modified Shoutai Pill combined with acupoint application in the treatment of early threatened abortion with uterine hematoma.Methods 80 patients with early threatened abortion and uterine hematoma were treated in our hospital(January 2020 December 2021).They were randomly divided into 40 patients in each group.One group was treated with routine progesterone needle+Shoutai Pill as the control group,and the other group was treated with routine progesterone needle+Shoutai Pill combined with acupoint application as the research group.The indexes of uterine hematoma under B-ultrasound before and after treatment,the results of fetal NT at 11~13^(+6)weeks of gestation,serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin(Hcg)were counted,and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was compared to evaluate the treatment results.Results After treatment,the indexes of uterine hematoma under B-ultrasound and the results of fetal NT at 11~13^(+6)weeks of gestation in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement degree of Hcg in the study group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of different clinical symptoms in the two groups was different.The time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with early threatened abortion and uterine hematoma,the modified Shoutai Pill combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the indicators of uterine hematoma under B-ultrasound and the results of fetal NT at 11~13^(+6)weeks of gestation,improve the levels of serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin,shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,obtain high treatment efficiency and ideal eff
