安多福药浴联合莫匹罗星软膏对早产儿脓疱疮感染的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析早产儿脓疱疮感染采用安多福药浴联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗疗效及护理方法。方法选择2019年9月-2021年9月本院收治的68例脓疱疮感染早产儿,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为两组,其中对照组34例采用单纯0.5%碘伏消毒常规治疗;观察组34例给予安多福药浴联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗;同时两组均进行全面、科学的护理。治疗结束后对比两组的临床疗效、不良反应以及患儿家属疗效满意度情况,并对比治疗前后炎症因子及免疫功能指标水平。结果治疗后观察组治疗总有效率100.00%显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CRP为(4.13±0.47)mg/L,PCT为(0.24±0.05)ng/mL均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率5.88%,对照组为8.82%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿家属的疗效满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿脓疱疮感染采用安多福药浴联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗,加上全面、科学的护理,可有效降低患儿炎症因子水平,增强其免疫功能,提高疗效满意度,效果确切,值得临床推广采用。Objective To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect and nursing method of andofu medicine bath combined with mupirocin ointment on impetigo infection in preterm infants.Methods 68 premature infants with impetigo infection treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,of whom 34 cases in the control group were treated with 0.5%iodophor disinfection;the observation group was treated with andofu medicine bath combined with mupirocin ointment.At the same time,both groups received comprehensive and scientific nursing.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and the satisfaction of children's families were compared between the two groups,and the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,CRP and PCT in the observation group were(4.13±0.47)mg/L and(0.24±0.05)ng/mL,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%and that in the control group was 8.82%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The curative effect satisfaction of family members of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of impetigo infection in premature infants with andofu medicated bath combined with mupirocin ointment,combined with comprehensive and scientific nursing,can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in children,enhance their immune function,improve curative effect satisfaction,and the effect is accurate.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
