社区宣教护理对高血压患者生活质量和血压水平的影响

摘　　要：目的对高血压患者应用社区宣教护理的效果进行讨论。方法选择2020年6月-2021年6月本社区收治的48例高血压患者,通过随机数字表行分组比较研究,研究组、对照组各24例。对照组实施常规模式护理,研究组实施社区宣教式护理,比较两组患者护理前后血压水平、生活质量、用药依从性和护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者血压对比,不具有显著性差异(P>0.05);研究组护理之后的血压水平较对照组水平值低(P<0.05);研究组患者心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活和社会功能评分较对照组分值高(P<0.05);研究组总依从性95.83%显著高于对照组66.67%(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为91.67%,明显高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者实施社区宣教护理效果显著,可以稳定患者血压水平,提高患者生活质量、用药依从性和护理满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of community education and nursing for hypertension patients.Methods A total of 48 hypertensive patients admitted to our community from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and grouped and compared by random number table:study group and control group,24 cases in each group.The conventional nursing was carried out in control group and the community education nursing in research group,to compare blood pressure levels,quality of life,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing in the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the blood pressure level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of material life and social function were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total compliance of 95.83%of the research group was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the research group was 91.67%,significantly higher than 62.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of community education and nursing for hypertensive patients has a significant effect,which can stabilize the blood pressure level of patients,and improve the quality of life,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients.
