问题导向护理对2型糖尿病老年患者自护行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨问题导向护理对2型糖尿病老年患者自护行为、疾病感知以及血糖水平的影响。方法将2019年7月-2020年7月本院收治的122例2型糖尿病老年患者随机分为对照组(n=61)和研究组(n=61),对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用问题导向护理,比较两组自护行为量表评分、疾病感知评分、血糖水平。结果研究组护理后的饮食、运动、足部护理、血糖测试等方面的自护行为量表评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后的情绪描绘、认知描绘、综合理解等方面的疾病感知量表评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后的空腹血糖值、餐后2h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白值均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病老年患者实施问题导向护理,可促使其自护行为能力有效提升,对疾病的感知能力及血糖水平也会得到更明显的改善,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of problem-oriented nursing on self-care behavior,disease perception and blood glucose level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 122 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=61)and study group(n=61).The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received problem-oriented nursing.The scores of self-care behavior scale,disease perception score and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-care behavior scale in diet,exercise,foot care and blood glucose test in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of disease perception scale in emotional description,cognitive description and comprehensive understanding in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of problem-based nursing care for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve their selfcare behavior,and their ability to perceive the disease and blood glucose level will also be significantly improved,which is worthy of promotion.
