标准化医护沟通模式在产房交接班中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化医护沟通模式(SBAR)在产房交接班中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月本院分娩的2950例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=1475)和研究组(n=1475),对照组患者接受常规产房交接班,研究组患者接受SBAR沟通模式交接班,比较两组交接班质量评分、交接时间、交接班疾病问题知晓率、护理措施落实率、不良事件发生率、产妇满意度情况。结果研究组交接班质量评分(89.71±3.46)分明显高于对照组(82.45±4.83)分,交接时间(7.18±1.62)min明显短于对照组(13.15±3.26)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组交接班疾病问题知晓率、护理措施落实率(99.32%、98.44%)均较对照组(97.90%、96.47%)高(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率(3.59%)较对照组(10.71%)低(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(99.59%)较对照组(98.44%)高(P<0.05)。结论在产房交接班护理工作中采用SBAR沟通模式,可优化交接班质量,缩短交接班时间,减少因交接班不清而导致的不良事件,提升产妇满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of SBAR communication mode(situation,background,assessment,recomendation,SBAR)in delivery room shift handover.Methods 2950 pregnant women who delivered in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=1475)and research group(n=1475)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group accepted the routine delivery room shift,and the patients in the study group accepted the SBAR communication mode shift.The shift quality score,handover time,and awareness rate of disease problems,implementation rate of nursing measures,incidence of adverse events and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality score of shift handover in the study group(89.71±3.46)points was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.45±4.83)points,and the handover time(7.18±1.62)min was significantly shorter than that in the control group(13.15±3.26)min(P<0.05);the awareness rate of disease problems and the implementation rate of nursing measures in the study group(99.32%,98.44%)were higher than those in the control group(97.90%,96.47%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group(3.59%)was lower than that in the control group(10.71%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(99.59%)was higher than that of the control group(98.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of SBAR communication mode in the delivery room shift care can optimize the shift quality,shorten the shift time,reduce adverse events caused by unclear shift,and improve maternal satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
