摘  要:目的 探究注射用红花黄色素对高脂血症模型小鼠血脂水平和氧化指标的影响。方法 SPF级健康ICR小鼠70只,适应性喂养7 d后,随机分为空白组15只和高脂组55只,高脂组采用灌胃脂乳剂的方法造模,造模成功后的动物,依据动物体质量随机分为模型组、非诺贝特组(非特组)、注射用红花黄色素高剂量组(红高组)、注射用红花黄色素低剂量组(红低组),每组12只。比较各组小鼠一般状况、进食量、体质量、肝脏湿质量、肝脏指数、血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、葡萄糖(Glu)]水平和氧化指标[总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)]水平情况。结果 在造模期间,高脂组进食量略低于空白组。每周对高脂组和空白组小鼠的进食量进行比较发现,第3周高脂组和空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各周比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在进行造模的3周中,高脂组体质量略低于空白组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分组给药之后统计比较,发现模型组和各给药组体质量仍稍低于空白组体质量,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在取材之前进行末次称重,取材过程中对每组肝脏进行称重,计算肝脏指数变化情况。与空白组小鼠相比,模型组肝脏湿质量较明显增加,肝脏指数增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,非特组、红高组、红低组的肝脏湿质量及肝脏指数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与空白组比较,模型组小鼠血清中TG、CHO、LDL-C含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C含量降低,Glu含量升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,非特组小鼠血清中TG、CHO、LDL-C含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C含量升高,Glu含量有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,红高组、红低组小鼠血清TG含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05Objective To investigate the effect of safflower yellow for injection on blood lipid levels and oxidation indexes in hyperlipidemia model mice. Methods Seventy healthy ICR mice of SPF grade were randomly divided into a blank group of 15 mice and a high-fat group of 55 mice after adaptive feeding for 7 days. The high-fat group was used to make the model by intragastric fat emulsion. The animals after successful modeling were randomly divided into a model group,a fenofibrate group,a high-dose group of safflower yellow for injection(red high group),and a low-dose group of safflower yellow for injection(red low group)according to their body mass,with 12 mice in each group. The general condition,food intake,body weight,wet weight of liver,liver index,blood lipid index [triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHO),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),glucose(Glu)] levels and oxidation index [total superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA)] levels of mice in each group were compared. Results During the modeling period,the food intake of the high-fat group was slightly lower than that of the blank group. By comparing the food intake of mice in the high-fat group and the blank group every week,it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the high-fat group and the blank group in the third week(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the other weeks(P>0.05). In the 3 weeks of modeling,the body mass of the high-fat group was slightly lower than that of the blank group,with no significant difference(P>0.05);After grouping administration,statistical comparison showed that the body mass of the model group and each administration group was still slightly lower than that of the blank group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).
