摘　　要：2型糖尿病(T2DM)与癌症之间存在着相互促进的关系。大量研究表明2型糖尿病可促进多种癌症的发生,但是对于2型糖尿病与癌症共病的治疗目前西医还是对症治疗为主。中医治疗讲究“整体观念”,擅长以患者整体作为辨证的对象,通过对体质偏颇、阴阳失衡的调整,从疾病的根本上进行治疗。该文概述了2型糖尿病及癌症病因病机的相关中医理论记载,并收集了战丽彬教授2008年以来治疗2型糖尿病与癌症共病的病历,提炼出战教授对2型糖尿病与不同种类癌症(结肠癌、乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌等)共病病机的认识,并总结其“从脾论治”该病的诊治思想与用药经验,为中医药治疗2型糖尿病T2DM与癌症共病提供指导和参考。There is a mutually reinforcing relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and cancer. A large number of studies have shown that type 2 diabetes can promote the occurrence of various cancers,but the treatment of type 2 diabetes and cancer comorbidity is still mainly symptomatic treatment.TCM treatment pays attention to the“whole concept”,and is good at taking the whole patient as the object of syndrome differentiation,and by adjusting the biased constitution and the imbalance of Yin and Yang,the treatment is performed from the root of the disease. This article summarizes the related TCM theoretical records of the etiology and pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and cancer,and collects Professor ZHAN Libin’s medical records of type 2 diabetes and cancer comorbidity since 2008,and extracts Professor ZHAN’s analysis of type 2 diabetes and different types of cancer(colon cancer,breast cancer,endometrial cancer,cervical cancer,etc.)understanding of the pathogenesis of comorbidities,and summed up the diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience of“from the spleen to treat”the disease,for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes T2DM and cancer comorbidities provide guidance and reference.
