摘  要:目的 分析醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳美芬对急性重度酒精中毒患者的氧化应激反应及神经递质水平的影响。方法 选择2020年2月至2021年3月河南省人民医院急诊科急性重度酒精中毒患者73例,按照抽签法分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=35)。对照组接受盐酸纳美芬治疗,观察组接受醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳美芬治疗。对比两组临床治疗有效率、症状缓解时间及清醒时间、氧化应激反应[血清β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)]变化、神经递质水平[多巴胺(dopamine,DA)、去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamin,5-HT)]变化。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率为92.11%,显著高于对照组68.57%(P <0.05)。观察组症状缓解时间、清醒时间均短于对照组[(6.38±0.62) vs (8.35±0.81)h,(1.01±0.23) vs (1.37±0.52)h](P <0.05)。观察组β-EP、MDA水平低于对照组[(208.96±16.87) vs (237.98±15.86)ng/L,(6.08±1.32) vs (8.73±1.50)nmol/L](P <0.05),SOD水平高于对照组[(85.37±11.32) vs (67.58±10.02)kU/L](P <0.05)。观察组DA、NE、5-HT水平均低于对照组,分别为[(125.30±12.98) vs (146.23±15.36)ng/L,(232.56±19.02) vs (290.38±12.85)ng/ml,(130.75±12.60) vs(161.28±11.07)ng/L](P <0.05)。结论 醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳美芬可有效改善急性重度酒精中毒患者的临床症状,调节氧化应激反应及神经递质水平,帮助患者恢复苏醒,临床可进一步推广。Objective To analyze the effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with nalmefene hydrochloride on oxidative stress response and neurotransmitter levels in patients with acute severe alcoholism. Methods A total of 73 patients with acute severe alcoholism in the department of emergency of Henan provincial people’s hospital from February 2020to March 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=38) and control group(n=35) according to the lottery method. The control group was treated with nalmefene hydrochloride, and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection combined with nalmefene hydrochloride. The clinical efficacy, symptom relief time, waking time,and oxidative stress response[serum β-endorphin(β-EP), malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD)] and neurotransmitter levels [dopamine(DA), norepinephrine(NE), and 5-hydroxytryptamin(5-HT)] were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 92.11%, which was significantly higher than 68.57% of control group(P<0.05). The symptom relief time and waking time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group[(6.38±0.62) vs(8.35±0.81)h,(1.01±0.23) vs(1.37±0.52)h](P<0.05).
