摘　　要：尽管很好地刻画了转型期间的劳动力流动,但二元经济理论与中国经济实践仍存在明显差异。一系列特征化事实表明,在传统部门和现代部门的二分法之外,现代农业正日益成为新的部门并与前两者共同形成中国的三元结构。转型便是由三元结构转变为一元结构。三元结构的出现非但没有延长中国整体转型进程,反而因为农业比较收益率的提高缩短了实现转型所需的时间。然而受制度等的限制,现代农业部门在规模、信贷、组织和人才等方面面临多重困境。为推动转型,必须全面深化改革,推动农业的规模化、组织化、一体化,以农业的全面现代化确保如期实现第二个百年奋斗目标。Despite having given a good description of labor mobility during the transition period, there are still significant differences between the dual economic theory and Chinese economic practice.A series of characteristic facts show that, in addition to the dichotomy between traditional sector and modern sector, modern agriculture is increasingly becoming a new sector and forming China’s ternary structure with the former two.Economic transformation is the process from a ternary structure to a unitary structure.The emergence of the ternary structure has not prolonged China’s overall transformation process, but has shortened the time required to achieve the transformation because of the increase in the comparative yield of agriculture.However, restricted by the institution, modern agriculture sector faces multiple difficulties in terms of scale, credit, organization and talents.In order to promote the transformation, it is necessary to comprehensively deepen the reform and promote the course of agricultural scale, organization and integration.Finally, through the comprehensive modernization of agriculture, China will ensure the realization of the second centenary goal on schedule.
