摘  要:温差发电器因其安全、轻便和环保等优点而广受关注,近年来由于热电材料的局限性,提出采用多级堆叠来提高温差发电器的性能。为了对比研究不同级数温差发电器的输出特性,建立了多级温差发电器三维仿真模型,与实验对比误差小于8.6%,验证模型准确性。基于该模型,在固定冷端温度时,改变热端温度以研究温差发电器的性能。结果表明:在冷端温度固定303.15 K时,不同级数温差发电器有其最佳的工作温度范围,当温差在150 K以内时,BT单级温差发电器效率较高;温差大于550 K时,三级温差发电器有着较高的发电性能。分析不同级数的温差发电器输出性能变化规律,为实际不同工况下选取温差发电器级数提供参考。For the safety, portability and environmental protection, thermoelectric generators has been widly spreaded. In recent years, due to the limitations of thermoelectric material properties, the multi-stage thermoelectric generators were proposed to improve the performance of thermoelectric generators. In order to investigate the output characteristics of different stages of thermoelectric generators, a three-dimensional simulation model of multi-stage thermoelectric generators was established and the error between the simulation results and the experimental results was less than 8.6%. Based on this model, when the temperature of the cold side was set at 303.15 K, the temperature of the hot side was changed to study the performance of the thermoelectric generator. The simulation results show that when the cold side temperature is set at 303.15 K, the different stages thermoelectric generators have their optimal working temperature ranges. When the temperature difference is less than 150 K, the BT single-stage thermoelectric generator has higher efficiency. The three-stage thermoelectric generator has high power generation performance when the temperature difference is greater than 550 K. The output performances of different stages thermoelectric generators are investigated in detail, which can provide a reference for selecting thermoelectric generator series under actual working conditions.
