摘  要:以辣椒秆活性炭为原材料,用柠檬酸对其改性,探究其对亚甲基蓝染料吸附过程中的影响因素及吸附特性。分别采用扫描电镜、比表面积及孔径分析仪和红外光谱仪等仪器对改性前后的材料进行表征和分析。结果表明:改性后的活性炭拥有更好的孔隙结构,含氧官能团增多,有利于对亚甲基蓝的吸附;亚甲基蓝的吸附最优条件为吸附时间120 min、活性炭投加量60 mg、pH值为9;活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,是以化学吸附为主导的单分子层吸附;该吸附过程可自发进行,为吸热熵增吸附。可为废弃辣椒秆的高值化利用提供参考。Using capsicum straw activated carbon as raw material, citric acid was used to modify it, and the influencing factors and adsorption characteristics of methylene blue dye adsorption process were explored. The materials before and after modification were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope, specific surface area, aperture analyzer and infrared spectrometer. The results show that the modified activated carbon has better aperture structure and more oxygen-containing functional groups, which is beneficial to the adsorption of methylene blue. The optimal adsorption conditions for methylene blue are as follows: adsorption time 120 min, activated carbon dosage 60 mg, pH 9. The adsorption process of methylene blue by activated carbon conforms to the pseudo-second order model, which is monomolecular adsorption dominated by chemical adsorption. The adsorption process can occur spontaneously and is endothermic entropy enhanced adsorption.A reference can be provided for the high-value utilization of discarded capsicum straw.
