摘 要:为简化烧嘴,优化气化炉烧嘴的冷却方式,文中提出无冷却水系统的烧嘴,其用工艺介质蒸汽作为天然气非催化部分氧化气冷三通道烧嘴的气膜冷却介质。采用数值模拟的方法分析传统水冷双通道烧嘴和气冷三通道烧嘴的炉膛温度、烧嘴端面温度和热应力的情况。结果表明:采用水冷双通道烧嘴的炉膛最高温度为1924 K,相比气冷三通道烧嘴的炉膛要高出300 K;水冷双通道烧嘴端面最高温度为543 K,采用气冷三通道烧嘴,提高蒸汽流速能够显著降低端面最高温度,蒸汽流速为80 m/s时端面最高温度为535 K;气冷三通道烧嘴端面的热应力在材料的允许范围内,当蒸汽流速为80 m/s时最大热应力与水冷双通道烧嘴相当。气冷三通道烧嘴能满足天然气非催化部分氧化工艺需求。To simplify the burner system,and optimize the cooling method of the gasifier burner,a burner without cooling water system was proposed.Medium steam was used as the film cooling medium of the steam-cooled three channel burner.The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the reformer temperature,the end surface temperature and the thermal stress between the traditional water-cooled dual-channel burner and the steam-cooled three-channel burner.According to the results,the highest temperature of the reformer with water-cooled dual-channel burner is up to 1924 K,which is 300 K higher than that with steam-cooled three-channel burner.The maximum temperature of the end surface of the water-cooled dual-channel burner is 543 K.Using the steam-cooled three channel burner,and increasing the steam flow rate can significantly reduce the maximum temperature of the end surface.The maximum temperature of the end surface is 535 K when the steam flow rate is 80 m/s.The thermal stress of the end surface of the steam-cooled three-channel burner is within the allowable range of the material.Besides,the maximum thermal stress is equivalent to that of the water-cooled dual-channel burner when the steam flow rate is 80 m/s.The steam-cooled three-channel burner can meet the requirements of the non-catalytic partial oxidation of natural gas.
