计量检测标准中天平砝码检定误差原因与控制

摘　　要：计量检测被广泛应用在医学、工业生产等领域,能够为计量、检定、质量检测工作提供重要理论依据。天平砝码检定误差是计量检测中常见问题,导致天平砝码检定误差的原因较多,应当结合不同误差原因,制定专项可行控制对策。本文就针对此,首先提出天平砝码检定误差种类,分析导致不同检定误差问题的原因,制定天平砝码检定误差控制对策,以期为相关工作人员提供理论性帮助。Measurement and testing,widely used in medicine,industrial production and other fields,can provide important theoretical basis for measurement,verifi cation and quality testing.The verifi cation error of balance weight is a common problem in measurement and testing.There are many reasons leading to the verifi cation error of balance weight.In view of this,this paper fi rstly puts forward the kinds of calibration errors of balance weights,analyzes the causes of different calibration errors,and formulates the control countermeasures for calibration error of balance weights,in order to provide theoretical guidance for relevant staff.
