摘　　要：目的:研究标准化护理措施在预防颅脑外科深静脉血栓形成中的护理价值。方法:88例颅脑外科住院患者均自愿加入此次研究,于2020年1月-2021年12月期间接受手术治疗,以随机数表法将患者分为对照组n=44、研究组n=44,分别实施常规护理措施、标准化护理措施,对比两组纤溶指标以及血流速度。结果:研究组D-D、Fbg指标均低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组腘静脉、股静脉血流速度均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:通过实施标准化护理措施对颅脑外科深静脉血栓的形成进行预防,患者纤溶指标以及血流速度均得到有效改善,深静脉血栓发生风险降低,临床推广价值高。Objective:To study the value of standardized nursing measures in preventing deep vein thrombosis in craniocerebral surgery,Methods:88 inpatients in craniocerebral department voluntarily joined this study,who received surgical treatment from January 2020 to December 2021.The patients were divided into the control group and the research group with 44 in each group according to the random number table method.Routine nursing measures and standardized nursing measures were implemented respectively,and the fibrinolysis indexes and blood f low velocity between the two groups were compared.Results:The D-D and Fbg indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The popliteal and femoral veins in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The standardized nursing measures to prevent the formation of thrombosis in craniocerebral surgery can effectively improve the fi brinolysis indexes and blood fl ow velocity of patients,and reduce the risk of thrombosis,which has high clinical promotion value.
