摘　　要：法治乡村建设是乡村振兴战略的必然要求和必要举措,2021年中央一号文件提出要把全面推进乡村振兴作为实现中华民族伟大复兴的一项重大任务。法治乡村建设工作虽然已取得一定成效,但在实践过程中受农村思想观念和发展水平等各种主客观因素的影响,依然存在一些尚未解决的难题,因此要采取对策进一步推进法治乡村建设。The construction of rural areas under the rule of law is an inevitable requirement and necessary measure of rural re⁃vitalization strategy.The No.1 Central document in 2021 proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization as a major task to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Although the construction of the countryside under the rule of law has made some achievements,there are still some unsolved problems in the practice process due to the influence of various sub⁃jective and objective factors such as the rural ideology and development level.Therefore,countermeasures should be taken to further promote the construction of the countryside under the rule of law.
