摘  要:新材料新技术的发展运用及加工工艺水平的提升使得汽车的结构设计有了更为广阔的空间。汽车进气格栅作为整车前脸的重要组成部分,不仅关系到整车的结构组成、部件成型加工和多方面性能,还在较大程度上影响其外观辨识度。本文首先对汽车进气格栅的部件结构与材质演变,以及格栅材料的成型加工工艺进行了回顾性介绍,之后对当前进气格栅的主要结构类型、结构与材料的关系、材料与性能的关系进行了分析。汽车进气格栅的性能与结构设计、材料使用相互关联,而性能需求中的安全性、散热性又是汽车进气格栅设计过程中需考虑的首要因素。碳纤维等轻量化材料可较好地满足装置结构的可设计性,具有轻质、美观等特点,但对加工制造而言更具挑战,是今后的研究热点。The development and application of new materials and technologies,as well as the improvement of processing technology level,make the structure design of automobiles have a broader space.As an important part of the front face of the vehicle,the intake grille is not only related to the structural composition,component molding and various performances of the vehicle,but also affects its appearance recognition to a large extent.This paper firstly introduces the evolution of the component structure and material of intake grille in the car,as well as the forming process of the grille material,and then analyzes the main structure type,the relationship between structure and materials,and the relationship between material and performance of the current intake grille in the car.The performance of intake grille in the car is related to the structure design and materials using,and the safety and heat dissipation in performance requirements are the primary factors to be considered in the design process of intake grille in the car.Lightweight materials such as carbon fiber can better meet the designability of device structure,and have the characteristics of light weight and beauty,but it is more challenging for the processing and manufacturing,while it is the research focus in the future.
