摘  要:FRP连接件是超低能耗预制夹芯保温墙体中的关键构件,其抗拔抗剪性能直接影响了预制夹芯墙体的力学性能。本研究使用ANSYS有限元模拟软件,对超低能耗预制夹芯保温墙体中FRP连接件进行抗拔及抗剪试验模拟,研究直径16 mm、18 mm、20 mm三类FRP连接件试件的力学性能。结果表明:1)FRP连接件抗拔性能较好,试件抗拔性能均满足规范要求,抗拔试验模拟的破坏形式均为混凝土板的劈裂破坏,试件破坏时FRP连接件均完好。2)FRP连接件抗剪性能较差,夹芯墙板内外叶板易出现较大竖向相对位移,抗剪承载力试验中只有当连接件直径达到20 mm时,试件抗剪承载力及内外叶墙体之间的相对位移达到规范要求。FRP connectors are the key components of ultra-low energy prefabricated sandwich insulation walls. Their pull-out and shear resistance directly affects the mechanical properties of prefabricated sandwich walls. ANSYS finite element simulation software is used to simulate the pullout test and shear test of FRP connectors in the low-energy prefabricated sandwich insulation wall, and study the mechanical properties of the three types of FRP connectors with diameters of 16 mm, 18 mm, and 20 mm. The results show that: 1) The pull-out properties of the three types of diameter FRP connector specimens all meet the requirements of the specification, and the failure modes are all concrete split failure. When the specimens are damaged, the FRP connectors are all intact. 2) The shear resistance of the connector specimens with diameters of 16 mm and 18 mm does not meet the requirements of the specification. Only when the diameter of the connecting piece reaches 20 mm, the bearing capacity of the connecting piece and the relative displacement between the inner and outer blade walls meet the requirements of the specification.
