摘 要:为了积极推进区域居住建筑节能向着更高标准发展,开展节能率为75%设计目标的应用研究成为了当务之急。气候区划是实现建筑节能设计的前提。基于气候区划理论,遵循同一区划原则、指标及方法,采用1990-2019年的温度数据更新了陕西省107个区、县的气候区属和相关参数值,并对其计算结果、空间分布及变化趋势进行了分析。探讨了不同节能标准下各气候子区建筑热工能耗水平以及执行新的气候区划对提升节能设计标准的影响。研究表明,不同节能标准下全省气候区属及相关参数值的差异均较小,纬度处于34°~35°之间的关中地区参数值变化最为明显;多层居住建筑在执行新的气候区划标准时,全省建筑热工总能耗呈下降趋势,下降率为10.3%,对提升节能设计标准起到促进作用。研究成果可为陕西省居住建筑节能设计标准气候区划的制定、围护结构热工设计、供暖空调的设计等提供参考。In order to actively promote the development of regional residential building energy conservation to a higher standard, it has become a top priority to carry out applied research on the design target of an energy-saving rate of 75%. Climatic zoning is a prerequisite for the realization of building energy-saving design. Based on the theory of climatic zoning and following the same zoning principles, indicators and methods, this paper uses temperature data from 1990 to 2019 to update the climate zones and related parameter values of 107 districts and counties in Shaanxi Province, and analysis of its calculation results, spatial distribution and changing trends. The thermal energy consumption levels of buildings in each climate sub-zone under different energy-saving standards and the impact of the implementation of new climatic zoning on the improvement of energy-saving design standards are discussed. Studies have shown that the differences in the province’s climate zones and related parameter values under different energy-saving standards are relatively small. The parameter values in Guanzhong, where the latitude is between 34° and 35°, have the most obvious changes. When the multi-storey residential buildings implement the new climatic zoning standards, the total energy consumption of thermal engineering in the province has shown a downward trend, with a decrease rate of 10.3%, which promotes the improvement of energy-saving design standards. The research results can provide reference for the formulation of the climatic zoning, the thermal design of the envelope structure, and the design of heating and air conditioning of the energy-saving design standards for residential buildings in Shaanxi Province.
