摘 要:以大风高频地区某一典型既有住宅建筑为研究对象,利用斯维尔建筑通风VENT软件模拟整个建筑表面的风速,选出外窗表面风速最大的房间,对其同时进行室内外风噪声及室外风速现场实测;根据实测数据确定满足规定要求的外窗隔声量,提出不同改造方案;用声环境SEDU软件及暖通负荷BECH软件进行各方案的隔声量、耗能量模拟分析。结果表明:外窗改造后隔声量提升的同时,传热系数降低,采暖耗热量降低,节能效果明显;外窗改造时可以同时考虑隔声量和节能效果,在满足隔声量要求时选择节能效果最好的方案;本案例中外窗改造方案最优选择为6C+100A+6C,节能率为13.28%,计权隔声量为44 dB。研究结论可为大风高频地区建筑外窗隔声与节能设计提供参考。A typical existing residential building in the high-frequency strong wind areas is studied. The VENT software is applied to simulate the surface wind speed of the whole building to select the room of the highest wind speed on the outer window surface, simultaneously, measuring the indoor and outdoor wind noise and outdoor wind speed on-site;according to the measured data, the sound insulation capacity of the external windows that meets the specified requirements is determined, and different retrofit plans are proposed. The SEDU software is applied to simulate and analyze the sound insulation of each plan, the BECH software for the energy consumption simulation analysis. The results show that while the sound insulation of the exterior window is improved through the retrofit, the heat transfer coefficient is reduced, the heat consumption of heating is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is obvious;the sound insulation and energy saving effect can be considered when the outer window is retrofitted, selecting the best energy-saving scheme when meeting the sound insulation requirements;in this case, the optimal choice for window retrofit is 6C+100A+6C, the energy-saving rate is 13.28%, and the weighted sound insulation is 44 dB. The conclusion can provide reference for the design of the sound insulation and energy saving of outer window in the high-frequency strong wind areas.
