摘 要:近年来,越来越多的高校采用合同能源管理模式,对校园照明系统实施能效提升,在取得良好效果的同时,也存在着部分项目节能效果不明显、节能效益难以兑现等问题。为保障高校校园照明系统合同能源管理项目成功实施,通过对其系统现状、场所场景、可靠性、成本控制、长期维护等项目的调适改造需求要素进行分析,基于需求特点在现行标准要求基础上从加强天然采光应用、低功耗照明、计量检测、智能控制、可再生能源利用等方面提出相应的技术策略和措施,归纳项目实施要点。相对于校园整体实施合同能源管理,单一系统的合同能源管理项目有其自身特点,应采取更细致的实施方案,确保项目达成效益。More and more universities have successfully improved energy efficiency of their lighting system under energy performance contracting in recent years. However, there’re still problems in this emerging pattern: energy saving effort is not obvious in some project, the participation of energy saving benefits is hard due to some complex situation, which restricting its development. A study has been taken on these problems by investigating the demand elements of university campus lighting system, proposing technical measures based on current standard and demand characteristics, bring up summary of project implementation points. Compared with the overall implementation of energy performance contracting in multiple systems on campus, the single system energy performance contracting project has its own characteristics, and a more detailed implementation scheme should be adopted to ensure the benefits of the project.
