摘　　要：目的基于文献计量学的方法,对血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病的相关文献进行可视化分析,了解该领域的研究热点并预测其未来发展趋势。方法检索2000-2021年中国知网期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、中国学术期刊数据库以及Web of Science核心合集数据库中收录的血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病的研究文献。采用Excel 2019软件统计血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病的年度发文量和主要载文期刊,通过CiteSpace5.8.R3软件构建作者和机构合作网络知识图谱,形成关键词共现图、聚类图、关键词时间线视图和突现词图,利用Cytoscape3.9.0软件绘制血府逐瘀汤-冠心病-靶点网络图谱。结果关于血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病的研究数量呈波动上升且增幅愈趋高涨,以中国中医科学院为首的各大研究机构都在开展相关研究并形成了以王阶、王永炎、史大卓和王露瑶为代表的密切合作的研究团队。该研究在中医学及中西医结合医学期刊上广泛发表。关键词共现显示,心绞痛出现频次最高,聚类分析形成10个标签,涉及临床研究类型、冠心病不同分型以及数据挖掘3个方面。研究热点以“活血化瘀”“曲美他嗪”“临床疗效”“医案”等为主。“血府逐瘀汤-心血管疾病-靶点”网络显示,血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病的作用机制主要集中在调节细胞凋亡、炎症反应、脂质代谢、氧化应激等途径。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病的研究趋势表现为临床应用范围逐渐扩大,研究内容逐步深入,向着更精细的水平发展。但是相关研究仍然存在高质量临床试验匮乏、药理学实验停留层次较浅以及安全性评估缺失等问题。Objective To visualize and analyze the relevant literature on the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction by means of bibliometrics,and to understand the research hotspots in this field and predict its future development tendency.Methods Literature about treatment of CHD with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,Chinese academic Journal Database and Web of Science since 2000-2021.The Excel 2019 software was used to count the annual publication volume and major journals of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of CHD.Use CiteSpace.5.8.R3 software to build a knowledge graph of author-institution cooperation network,and form a keyword co-occurrence graph,cluster graph,keyword timeline view and burst term map.The literature on the pharmacological mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of CHD was screened,and the network diagram of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction-CHD-target was drawn using Cytoscape 3.9.0 software.Results The number of studies on the treatment of CHD with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction showed a fluctuating upward trend.The major research institutions headed by the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences are conducting relevant research,forming a closely-cooperative research team represented by WANG Jie,WANG Yongyan,SHI Dazhuo and WANG Luyao.The study was widely published in traditional Chinese medicine and integrative medicine journals.The co-occurrence of keywords showed that the frequency of angina pectoris was the highest,and 10 tags were formed by cluster analysis,involving three aspects:clinical research types,different types of coronary heart disease,and data mining.The researches focus on activate blood and dissolve stasis,trimetazidine,clinical efficacy and medical cases.The network of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction-CHD-Targets showed that the mechanism of action of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of CHD is mainly concentrated in the regulation of apoptosis,inflammatory respons
