官修方书对《回回药方》编纂成书的影响

摘　　要：《回回药方》是研究民族医药和发掘经典名方的一部重要文献。该书在内容编排上,收载方剂来源广泛、内容丰富,另附录制剂、炮制、药物考证等内容;在编纂上先论后方,“以病分门,门各有论而叙统附焉”;在门类划分上,与北宋太医局所设的医学各科相同。本文将《回回药方》与宋元时期政府组织编写的《太平惠民和剂局方》《圣济总录》《御药院方》三部方书进行横向类比分析,发现其编纂成书的过程受官修方书影响颇深。探讨《回回药方》编纂成书的过程和学术特点,尤其该书中方剂制备、品种考证等资料,可为当前民族医药经典名方的文献整理工作提供有力的佐证。Hui Hui Yao Fang is an important literature for the study of ethnic medicine and the discovery of classic prescriptions.In terms of content arrangement,the book contains a wide range of sources and rich contents of prescriptions,and appendices such as preparations,processing,drug research and other contents.In the compilation of the first discussion and then prescription,“according to the classification of disease categories,each category is unified behind the explanation.”In the division of categories,it is the same as the medical disciplines set up by the Northern Song Dynasty Imperial Medical Bureau.This paper makes a horizontal analogy analysis between Hui Hui Yao Fang and the three official prescription books of the Song and Yuan dynasties,Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang,Sheng Ji Zonglu and Yu Yao Yuan Fang,and it is found that the process of compiling the book is deeply influenced by the official prescription books.Discussing the compilation process and academic characteristics of Hui Hui Yao Fang,especially the preparation of prescriptions,variety research and other materials in the book,can provide strong evidence for the current literature collation of classic prescriptions of ethnic medicine.
