摘　　要：血脂异常是临床上较为常见的代谢性疾病,其发病较为隐匿,常依赖于规范的生化检查而被检出,可造成动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病的发生,增加肿瘤的风险。而痰浊理论是中医病因学说中的重要组成部分,多年来在血脂异常的辨治过程中不断发挥着新的重要作用。刘新宇教授中西医结合治疗血脂异常经验丰富,认为血脂异常的主要病机为痰浊内生、阻滞气机,依病机提出据肺、脾、肾三脏虚实阴阳的不同分而论之,从痰浊理论外延,应用多种中医治疗手段,体现了中医治病“不拘于术”的特点。刘新宇教授基于“痰浊”理论,在治疗血脂异常上取得了较好的临床效果。Dyslipidemia is a common metabolic disease in clinic.Its incidence is relatively hidden,and it is often detected by standard biochemical examination.It can cause atherosclerotic cardio cerebrovascular disease and increase the risk of tumor.The phlegm turbid theory is an important part of the etiology theory of traditional Chinese medicine,it has been playing a new and important role in the differentiation and treatment of dyslipidemia for many years.Professor Liu Xinyu has rich experience in the treatment of dyslipidemia with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,he believes that the main pathogenesis of dyslipidemia is phlegm endogenous and blocking qi,according to the pathogenesis,he puts forward that according to the difference of deficiency and excess yin and yang of the lung,spleen,and kidney,from the extension of phlegm turbidity theory,he applies a variety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods,which reflects the characteristics of“not limited to surgery”in traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Based on the theory of“phlegm turbid”theory,professor Liu Xinyu has achieved good clinical results in the treatment of dyslipidemia.
