摘  要:糖脂代谢共同作用维持生命所需的能量,且糖代谢和脂代谢两者联系密切,相互影响,糖脂代谢紊乱是多种慢性病发生、发展的主要原因之一。芒果苷,又称莞知母宁,主要存在于常见芒果属及龙胆科植物。芒果苷具有各种药理学作用,在糖脂代谢性疾病中发挥不可或缺的作用。本文就近几年芒果苷的天然生物活性,主要分析并讨论芒果苷调节糖脂代谢的作用机制及生物利用度,为临床疾病预防应用、开发功能性药食品、生产优化等方面提供新思路。Glycolipid metabolism work together to maintain the energy needed for life,moreover,glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism are closely related and interact with each other.The disorder of glycolipid metabolism is one of the main reasons for the occurrence and development of various chronic diseases.Mangiferin,also known as formononetin,is mainly found in common plants of mangifera and gentianaceae.Mangiferin has various pharmacological effects and plays an indispensable role in glycolipid metabolic diseases.Based on the natural biological activity of mangiferin in recent years,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the mechanism and bioavailability of mangiferin regulating glycolipid metabolism,in order to provide new ideas for clinical disease prevention and application,development of functional drug and food,and production optimization.
