摘　　要：随着人口老龄化问题日益严峻,老年慢性疾病的管理具有重要意义。现阶段我国老年医学专科型人才短缺,老年医学专科医师规范化培训既能满足当前老龄化社会的基本医疗需求,又可适应老年医学的现代化学科发展规划。目前我国老年医学学科发展现状与世界先进国家仍存在差距,因此,老年医学专科医师规范化培训尤为重要,应着重从加强老年医学理论知识培训及规范运用综合评估手段、注重多学科团队协作及提高缓和医疗理念认知水平、促进科研思维的建立、提升应对突发公共卫生事件危机管理能力、重视核心素养培养及完善培训考核体系建立等方面进行,可以提升培训效果。With the increasingly serious problem of population aging,the management of chronic diseases in the elderly is of great significance.At present,there is a shortage of geriatric specialists in China.The standardized training of geriatric specialists can not only meet the basic medical needs of the current aging society,but also adapt to the development plan of the modern chemistry department of geriatric medicine.At present,there is still a gap between the development of geriatrics in China and the advanced countries in the world.Therefore,the standardized training of geriatric medical specialists is particularly important.It should focus on strengthening the training of theoretical knowledge of geriatrics and standardizing the use of comprehensive evaluation methods,paying attention to multidisciplinary team cooperation and improving the cognitive level of palliative medical concept,promoting the establishment of scientific research thinking,improving the ability of crisis management in response to public health emergencies,paying attention to the cultivation of core literacy and improving the establishment of training and assessment system and so on,can improve the training effect.
