痛经宁颗粒联合布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨痛经宁颗粒联合布洛芬缓释片治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年5月天津市宁河区医院收治的118例原发性痛经患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各59例。对照组口服布洛芬缓释片,1片/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服痛经宁颗粒,1袋/次,2次/d。两组患者经前7 d开始连续治疗5 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较疼痛程度、痛经症状和血清指标水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组的总有效率96.61%明显高于对照组的总有效率84.75%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NRS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的痛经发作频次、每次持续时间均显著减少(P<0.05),且治疗组痛经发作频次、每次持续时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组的血清5-HT、PGF2α、IL-10水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痛经宁颗粒联合布洛芬缓释片治疗原发性痛经的疗效确切,能减轻疼痛程度和痛经症状,降低血清指标水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongjingning Granules combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Tablets in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Patients(118 cases) with primary dysmenorrhea in Ninghe District Hospital of Tianjin from March 2020 to May 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to random number table method, and each group had 59 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Tablets, 1 tablet/time,twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tongjingning Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d from 7 d before menstruation. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the degree of pain, dysmenorrhea symptom, and serum indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group(96.61%) was significantly higher than 84.75% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NRS scores of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the NRS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of dysmenorrhea in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the frequency and duration of dysmenorrhea in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of 5-HT, PGF2α, and IL-10 in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The serum levels of 5-HT, PGF2α, and IL-10 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Tongjingning Granules combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Tablets is effective in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, which can reduce the degree of pain and dysmenorrhea symptoms, and reduce the level of serum indicators.
