摘 要:信息技术在生态环境执法和管理中的应用,提升了生态环境监管的科学化、信息化水平,使现场执法更加精准、规范,远程监管更加高效,靶向污染治理更加科学,污染防控更加严密,重污染天气研判更加全面、准确,与相关部门的联动更加迅速。生态环境工作随着人工智能、5G、遥感等信息技术的推进,“互联网+”数字技术已经成为环境监管的重要手段。“十四五”时期,生态环境大数据建设进入新的阶段,建设智慧高效的生态环境管理信息化体系,为深入打好污染防治攻坚战,推进生态环境高水平保护提供技术支撑。The application of information technology in ecological environment law enforcement and management has improved the scientific and information level of ecological environment supervision.It has made on-site law enforcement more precise and standardized,remote supervision more efficient,targeted pollution management more scientific,pollution prevention and control tighter,research and judgement of heavily polluted weather more comprehensive and accurate,and linkages with relevant departments more rapid.With the advancement of information technologies such as artificial intelligence,5G,and remote sensing,the“Internet+”digital technology has become an important means of environmental monitoring.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,the construction of ecological environment big data has entered a new stage.This study aims to build a smart and efficient ecological environment management information system in order to fight the key battle of pollution prevention,promote high-level protection of ecological environment and provide technical support.
