摘 要:针对厨余垃圾存在就地处理困难,去除效果欠佳的难题,开发厨余垃圾好氧发酵新技术,以期实现有机垃圾的资源化处理。通过试验分别研究了含水率、碳氮比、通风量、温度和pH值等参数对工艺的影响,后期结合DOE全因子试验分析,结果表明,在进料含水率50%~60%、碳氮比近30、好氧通风量为0.35 m^(3)/min.m^(3)的条件下,反应器内高效发酵温度可达45℃~60℃,反应器内pH值维持在6.0~8.0之间,实现厨余垃圾快速降解,有机质去除率达到90%以上;并利用污水处理系统、废气处理系统对降解产物实现就地无害化处理。In order to solve the difficulties in on-site kitchen waste treatment and poor removal effects,a new aerobic fermentation technology has been developed to realize the resource treatment of organic waste.The influence of water content,C/N ratio,ventilation rate,temperature and pH value on the process was studied by experiments.Combined with DOE full factor test analysis in the later stage,the efficient fermentation temperature in the reactor can reach 45℃~60℃,and the pH value in the reactor can be maintained between 6~8 when conditions of feed water content 50%~60%,C/N ratio nearly 30,and aerobic ventilation rate 0.35 m^(3)/min.m^(3).The rapid degradation of kitchen waste can be achieved,and the organic matter removal rate can reach more than 90%.In addition,the waste water treatment system and waste gas treatment system are used to achieve harmless treatment of the degradation products on-site.
