摘  要:为了实现轴承装配工作台与虚拟样机的协同作业,建立了轴承装配工作台的数字孪生模型。阐述了轴承装配工作台机械与控制系统的设计流程及工作原理,基于Visual One完成了轴承装配工作台中机器人、末端执行器、自动装配夹具的数字孪生模型构建;建立了轴承装配工作台数字孪生模型与物理样机间的通讯,实现了数字孪生模型与物理实体的虚实协同作业。实验表明:在物理端进行轴承装配作业时,数字孪生模型与其行为相一致,实现了两者间虚实协同作业。研究成果为数字孪生技术在轴承装配领域的应用提供参考。In order to realize the cooperative operation between the bearing assembly workbench and the virtual prototype, a digital twin model of the bearing assembly workbench is established. The design process and working principle of the machinery and control system of the bearing assembly workbench are expounded. Based on Visual One, the digital twin model of the robot, end actuator and automatic assembly fixture in the bearing assembly workbench is constructed. The virtual prototype and physical prototype of the industrial robot are established. It realizes the virtual-real collaboration between the digital twin model and the bearing assembly workbench. Experiments show that the digital twin model is consistent with its behavior when the bearing assembly operation is performed on the physical side. The research results provide a reference for the application of digital twin technology in the field of bearing assembly.
