摘  要:传统的无损检测方法大多只能定性判断混凝土结构内部是否存在缺陷,却无法估计内部缺陷的具体尺寸信息。为此,提出一种基于零差法与走时层析成像算法相结合的成像算法并将之应用于混凝土构件内部缺陷的位置和尺寸识别。通过多个有限元数值算例对上述方法进行验证,研究结果表明:所提方法基本能够判断缺陷的具体位置和大致尺寸。当混凝土块模型的缺陷尺寸减小时,走时层析成像效果先变好后变差;当混凝土模型的缺陷尺寸不变而位置发生变化时,处于中轴线位置的缺陷成像效果较好,而处于中轴线和对角线过渡区域以及对角线上时的缺陷成像效果则比较一般。Most traditional non-destructive testing methods have the potential to qualitatively detect defects inside concrete structures, however, they cannot estimate the specific sizes of the internal detects accurately. Therefore, a travel time tomography algorithm is proposed based on zero-difference to detect the position and size of internal defects in concrete members. Several numerical examples are investigated to verify the method mentioned above. The results show that the specific position and size of the defects can be detected by the proposed method. When the defect size of the concrete model decreases, the imaging effect becomes better at first and subsequently changes to worse. By contrast, the defect position plays an important impact on the defect imaging. Actually, the quality of the defect imaging is best when the defect is located around the center, while unsatisfactory images will be obtained if the defects are located at other positions.
