摘 要:建立了基于聚溴甲酚紫修饰丝网印刷电极的循环伏安法检测水体中Pb2+的方法,讨论了影响Pb^(2+)检测的因素,确立了最佳检测条件:富集时间为120 s、富集电压为-1.2 V,扫速为0.1 V·s-1。Pb^(2+)在BCP/SPE电极上在1.0×10^(-7)至1.1×10^(-4)g·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,线性方程为,I(μA)=0.786c(μg·L^(-1))+5.794,R^(2)=0.9984,检出限为1×10^(-8)g·L^(-1)。用加标法对四种水样中的Pb^(2+)进行了检测,四种样品回收率在91%-110%之间,平均回收率为100.25%。The method for the determination of Pb^(2+)in water by cyclic voltammetry based on polybromocresol purple modified screen printed electrode(BCP/SPE) was established. The factors affecting the detection of Pb^(2+)were discussed and the optimum detection conditions were established: the enrichment time was 120s, the enrichment voltage was-1.2V, and the scan rate was 0.1V·s-1. Pb^(2+)showed a linear relationship at the BCP/SPE electrode in the range of 1.0×10^(-7)to 1.1×10^(-4)g·L^(-1). The linear equation was I(μA) = 0.786c(μg·L^(-1)) + 5.794, R~2=0.9984, and the detection limit was 1×10^(-8)g·L^(-1). The Pb^(2+)in four kinds of water samples were detected by standard addition method. The recoveries of four samples were between 91% and 110%, and the average recovery was 100.25%.
