摘 要:合成了1个包含多个有机功能基团的新颖阳离子型有机铱(Ⅲ)配合物,功能基团具体包括咔唑、1,2,4-三唑、1,10-菲啰啉和噁二唑等载流子传输功能基团,以及2-乙基己基、叔丁基等提升溶解性和成膜性的功能烷基.该配合物的CH _(2)Cl_(2)溶液(1.0×10^(-5 )mol/L)主要发射最大波长(λem,max)为527 nm的绿光,其粉末主要发射λem,max为554 nm的黄绿光.电化学测试显示其最高占据轨道(HOMO)和最低空轨道(LUMO)的能级分别为-5.66和-3.00 eV,相应能隙宽度(E_(g))为2.66 eV,且具有较高的电化学氧化还原稳定性.其热分解温度(T_(d))和玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))分别高达383和187℃,具有较高的热稳定性.总的结果显示该配合物可适用于发光电化学池、有机/无机发光二极管等多个发光领域.A novel cationic organic iridium(Ⅲ)complex containing several organic functional groups was synthesized.Carrier-transporting functional groups including carbazole,1,2,4-triazole,1,10-phenanthroline and oxadiazole,as well as functional alkyl groups for improving solubility and film-forming including 2-ethylhexyl and tert-butyl were introduced in the complex.The complex in CH 2Cl 2 solution(1.0×^(-5) mol/L)emitted green light with the maximum emission wavelength(λem,max)of 527 nm,its powders emitted yellow-green light with theλem,max of 554 nm.By electrochemical measuring,the energy levels of the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)of the complex were identified as-5.66 and-3.00 eV,the corresponding energy gap was 2.66 eV,moreover,the complex showed high electrochemical redox stability.Its thermal decomposition temperature(T_(d))and glass transition temperature(T_(g))were as high as 383 and 187℃respectively,which suggested the complex have high thermal stability.The overall results showed that the complex can be applied to many light-emitting fields such as light-emitting electrochemical cells,organic/inorganic light-emitting diodes.
